I have finally settled into my new home and have started the demo on the property. I am so excited about this rehab versus the others. I think I might actually have found a home. Yeah. I have walls down, new headers in, and in the process of tearing up carpet. I'm struggling with the type of flooring, the type of wood for kitchen, the stain, and counter tops. I think I am leaning toward doing a concrete counter top. Should be a fun learning adventure.
